Our Story
Pioneers LLC is a real estate development company specializing in the development of mixed use, multi-family, retail and office developments throughout the Midwest and southeastern United States. We focus on properties that are typically 20 acres or smaller in size and work with many nationally known retailers as we develop our tenant base.
Our staff is made up of professionals of varied backgrounds who have years of experience in the acquisition and development of commercial real estate. Using our proprietary software for site selection, Pioneers LLC seeks out properties that produce a higher than average return for our investors. We focus on only a few markets at one time and once we’ve acquired the properties that we’ve identified in those markets that have the most potential for our uses then we move the majority of our team quickly into another market leaving our core team to focus on future growth opportunities.
